About Signal Knob Located just east of Evansville Indiana, Signal Knob has been around since 1993 and is located at 5300 Heckel Road. Our facilities include two barns and currently hold over 40 horses. Signal Knob has six fields, an outdoor arena, eventing course, and wooded trails. Riders who train at Signal Knob go to several equestrian events and shows each year and place highly at these events. The manager of Signal Knob is Susannah Lansdale. Signal Knob is a member of the United States Eventing Association.
